• Mechanical Engineering qualification with minimum two years experience in the design of oil and gas metering systems and process packages.
• Experienced in stress analysis of base frame / piping systems using the Ceasar software will be an advantage.

 ● Senior Mechanical Draftsman   (Posted on 18th November 2009)  

We are currently looking for a senior mechanical draftsman with experience in 2D and 3D CAD or similar and prefer someone with stress analysis experience.

Experience in piping and structural drafting and familiar with oil and gas standards preferred. Permanent position.

Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to :

• Creation of 2D and 3D CAD drawings to provide setting out dimensions & their details in General and detailed arrangement drawings.
• Preparation of Layout and P&ID drawings and Schematic Drawing in Auto CAD
• Preparation of detail fabrication drawings c/w materials lists and welding schedules for piping and base frames in accordance with the requirements in ASME and ASTM standards
• Create As built documentation post project execution.
• Operates AutoCAD programs & Updates print due to remodeling changes
• Preparation of Equipment drawings in MDT & Flexibility Stress Analysis using ANSYS or Caesar software.
• Present Modeling & Other Mechanical Calculations (C of G, assembly weights, loads at lift points etc) for Assemblies & Structures.
• Coordinates with Vendors & execution team for Flexibility Analysis as standards and requirements.
• Mechanical & Thermal FEM Analysis & Calculations for their Structures.
• Supervise and ensure Company Quality document and drawing control procedures.
• Reporting to Project managers
• Review & Co ordinates with consecutive departments for successful Execution of tasks.

 ● Proposals Engineer

The Proposals Engineer, a Bachelor’s Degree holder in, Industrial Automation, Process Control, or Control and Instrumentation shall be responsible for the production of complete Systems proposals based on client specifications. The individual will have 3-6 years experience in the Design and Implementation of DCS / ESD / F&G and SCADA systems. Specific knowledge of proposal preparation is beneficial but not absolutely necessary, however, extensive hands-on experience in system design, component and manufacturer knowledge and system implementation are necessary for the individual to be able to meet to the job requirements. Suitable training will be given as per the Company standards. Salary and Conditions negotiable subject to experience

 ● Sales Manager / Territory Managers Engineer / Sales Engineers (Process Control ONLY)

The company is at present expanding its sales operations in the territories of Oman / Qatar and Kazakhstan. The company is further enhancing its sales operations in Iran and UAE. Consequently, a number of Sales related positions have become available. The Sales positions require individuals with an Engineering Bachelor’s Degree holder in Industrial Automation, Process Control or Oil & Gas Instrumentation and Automation. The applicants will have sales related experience, in account development, account management or territory management as necessary. Sales Plans, Opportunity evaluation and development, as well as understanding customer needs and market conditions are definite requirements for any candidate. Sales professional will work in close cooperation with the Proposal and Engineering disciplines as well as vendors and partners of the company to ensure compliance of solutions to client requirements. The candidates will be presentable, articulate in managing meetings and sales processes and competent with technology and the industry standards. An average of 3-6 and 4-8 years of Systems Sales experience will be required for the 2 grades of positions. Experience should be in any or more of DCS / ESD / F&G and SCADA systems.
